This position is responsible for supporting the execution, compliance, and enhancement of internal and external safety programs. Drive a behavior-based safety culture to achieve accident prevention and loss mitigation at E2 Optics customer locations.

What You'll Do:
- Prioritize safety by following safe work practices in accordance with company and client policies.
- Provide safety and health training, instruction, and coaching to ensure compliance with occupational safety and health regulations.
- Assist the Safety Manager with incident investigations, documentation, problem solving, and implementing countermeasures.
- Conduct safety audits to review practices and records for compliance with relevant H&S programs and OSHA regulations.
- Track, analyze, and address recurring safety issues to meet performance targets.
- This role generally requires minimal overnight travel (about 5%) and willingness to travel as needed.
What We're Looking For:
- Education: High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree preferred.
- Experience: 2-3 years in Occupational Health and/or Safety within a construction environment.
- Certifications: OSHA 30-hour certification.
- Skills: Ability to positively influence others, high attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends, self-motivated with strong work ethics, adaptable to various work environments.

Work Environment & Physical Demands: The role involves working indoors and at construction sites. Must be able to sit, stand, lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces as needed. Regular attendance and occasional travel are required.
