Subzero Engineering seeks a Site Services Installation Safety Coordinator to implement and enforce the safety program across job sites, ensuring OSHA compliance and coordination with the EHS Manager, Site Supervisor, and GC safety team.
The role focuses on hazard identification, corrective actions, and safety training, while maintaining records and supporting incident investigations on active construction sites.
The Site Services Installation Safety Coordinator is responsible for implementing and enforcing the Company’s safety program and applicable subcontractor safety requirements under the direction of the Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Manager, Site Supervisor, and in coordination with the General Contractor (GC). This role ensures that Subzero Engineering employees and lower tier subcontractors perform work safely and in compliance with OSHA, company policies, and site–specific safety plans. The Safety Coordinator identifies, corrects, documents, and communicates jobsite hazards within the Company’s scope of work and coordinates corrective actions with the EHS Manager and GC when hazards affect other trades or shared work areas.
