Job summary

Greater Metroplex Interiors (GMi) is hiring a bilingual Safety Coordinator to ensure safety is built into the field on active drywall construction projects. This hands-on role works with crews and supervisors to translate safety expectations into real-world practice.

You will conduct inspections, support OSHA/OCIP/CCIP compliance, lead safety talks, and train new hires while partnering with superintendents to resolve safety challenges.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction safety on active job sites.
• OSHA 30 certification required; OSHA 500 a strong plus.
• Strong communication and field presence.
• Able to work independently and organize safety programs.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

• Support OSHA, client, and OCIP/CCIP safety compliance
• Track incidents, near misses, and corrective actions to closure

We’re Hiring: Safety Coordinator (Drywall Construction)

GMi is looking for a bilingual Safety Coordinator who believes safety is built in the field, not from behind a desk.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being on active jobsites, working directly with crews and supervisors, and helping turn safety expectations into real-world execution. You’ll play a key role in strengthening our safety culture while supporting quality, production, and client confidence.

What You’ll Do

• Support GMi, OSHA, client, and OCIP/CCIP safety compliance
