About the role

As a Safety Configuration Specialist, your responsibilities include:

  1. Providing technical and functional support on cloud Safety and Regulatory systems, primarily supplied by Veeva Systems (SaaS).
  2. Utilizing client ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow/ITSM).
  3. Managing Change Management processes, including change controls, IQPQ, solution design, configurations, and implementations.
  4. Conducting periodic reviews, release management, UAT support, and other compliance tasks.
  5. Working within ITIL principles, primarily incident management, request fulfillment, and access management.
  6. Configuring systems and developing support procedures.
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of proven experience with Vault Safety platform.
  • Ability to structure and resolve complex challenges with multiple unknowns.
  • Experience leading a team and working independently or in small teams.
  • Experience with GxP/GAMP.
  • Veeva Vault Platform System Administrator Certification.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Experience with cloud systems operations (preferred).
  • ITIL certification (a plus).
