Qualifications

• Knowledge of country safety regulations, governing bodies, and employer obligations for injuries.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures and wear PPE.
• Comfortable with variable noise levels in facility environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day safety program activities and administer the safety program.
• Conduct periodic safety evaluations of team members.
• Perform audits to ensure adherence to company standards.
• Partner with Operations to resolve facility and customer issues.
• Investigate accidents and reinforce safety policy understanding.
• Lead safety and quality meetings to communicate policies and address concerns.
• Monitor warehouse safety inventory and coordinate replacement needs.
• Maintain accurate recordkeeping systems, logs, and binders.
