Service Champions in Pleasanton is seeking a Safety Specialist & Claims Coordinator to maintain a safe work environment, manage workers' comp and general liability claims, and drive risk-management initiatives across the company.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years prior claims management experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Commitment to company values and safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle workers' compensation and general liability claims management.
• Manage SDS documentation, OSHA reporting, fleet vehicle monitoring and IIPP maintenance.
• Provide guidance, support, and training to supervisors on safety compliance.
• Monitor safety policies aligned with company goals and team safety.
• Identify injury trends and recommend safety training improvements.
• Track safety training records and support program compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
