• Ensure accurate documentation: review and maintain security reports, incident records, and compliance documents
• Inspire and develop the team: supervise and coach team members to foster a positive work environment

As a Safety and Security Manager, and facility safety – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Responsibilities

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:

• Manage security operations: Implement security protocols to protect guests, employees, and property while ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and industry standards
