The ideal candidate will guide Security Supervisors and Officers, ensure audits, and support hotel leadership with operational security and policy compliance, while offering opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of departmental policy and Hawaii Guard Card laws.
• Experience training security officers in duties and procedures.
• Strong reporting and investigative skills are required.

The Manager will ensure the department's roles and responsibilities are carried out by assigned members.
