JOB OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a Safety and Risk Control Consultant - HVAC to join EPIC. This client-facing role is responsible for assessing risks, developing safety programs, providing strategic loss control guidance to EPIC’s large and growing book of commercial and residential HVAC service businesses. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the HVAC industry specifically in a safety and risk control leadership role, possess strong presentation skills, the ability to interface confidently with HVAC business leaders and the ability to travel to client sites nationally.

COMPENSATION:
The national average salary for this role is $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on your experience, skills, training, certifications and education, while also considering internal equity and market data.
