Safety and Risk Control Consultant - HVAC

Join our team at EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants as a Safety and Risk Control Consultant - HVAC. This role involves assessing risks, developing safety programs, and providing strategic loss control guidance for our clients in the HVAC industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive HVAC safety experience, strong presentation skills, and the ability to travel nationally.

Location:

Remote / Work from home, with 30-50% travel across the U.S. Candidates should reside near a major airport and preferably within an hour of it, ideally in Mountain or Central time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct risk assessments and safety evaluations for HVAC service providers.
• Develop loss control strategies to mitigate hazards and reduce claims.
• Deliver safety training and presentations.
• Analyze loss trends and recommend risk management improvements.
• Collaborate with underwriting and claims teams.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.
• Build and maintain client relationships as a risk management advisor.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Risk Management, Industrial Hygiene, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years in loss control, safety consulting, or risk management in HVAC.
• Certifications such as CSP or ARM are preferred.
• Strong OSHA compliance knowledge.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively.

Compensation:

Salary ranges from $100,000 to $140,000 annually, based on experience, plus bonuses and benefits.
