Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead change and mentor safety teams; regulatory interfacing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee health and safety policies and procedures.
• Lead a team of safety professionals and provide mentorship.
• Use analytics to identify trends and drive continuous safety improvements.
• Collaborate on change management to enhance safety culture and reduce incidents.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections for compliance with standards.
• Coordinate with regulators and industry groups to stay current on best practices.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive safety training for all employee levels.
• Advise senior leadership with strategic health and safety recommendations.
• Collaborate across Risk, DOT Compliance, Environmental, and Security roles.
