Qualifications

• Degree in occupational safety, environmental health, or related field.
• At least 2 years in safety/EHS role, preferably in manufacturing or food production.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety reporting requirements.
• Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and report safety data (incidents, near misses, logs, corrective actions).
• Track safety KPIs (TRIR, DART) across sites to spot trends.
• Assist incident investigations and ensure root cause + corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain safety dashboards for internal stakeholders.
• Support audits by preparing compliance and risk reports.
• Assist with safety training programs and records.
• Ensure OSHA 300 logs and regulatory docs are complete and on time.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on safety initiatives.
• Participate in risk assessments and job hazard analyses.
• Standardize safety processes across facilities.
