The role focuses on supporting the safety basis for a first-of-a-kind nuclear facility, developing and maintaining NRC-compliant safety basis documents, and contributing to ISA, criticality safety, and fire hazard analyses.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of the safety basis for a first-of-a-kind nuclear fuel recycling facility.
• Develop and maintain safety basis documents per NRC regulations and guidance.
• Support Integrated Safety Analysis, Criticality Safety Evaluations, and Fire Hazard Analysis.
