Job summary

CORE Safety Group is seeking a Safety Advisor for a 1-month project at a Wheatley, AR construction site. The Safety Advisor will identify safety issues, ensure compliance with Federal, State, Local requirements, and coordinate with owners and site personnel.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of construction safety experience, OSHA 30, OSHA 510/500, CHST preferred, and the ability to pass drug test and background check; local or travel ready, strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

CORE Safety Group is a nationwide safety management and loss control consultant. We are currently seeking a Safety Advisor for a 1-month project to provide oversight on a construction project . The Safety Advisor will be responsible for identifying issues regarding safety matters at the project site and ensuring compliance with Federal, State, Local, and owner safety requirements.

A successful candidate should demonstrate the following:

Applicant should have excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate in speech and writing with members at all levels throughout an organization; strong writing skills with the ability to interpret safety standards; excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with diverse personalities. Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize workload, and display a high-level of organizational skills.

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years of construction safety experience
• CHST preferred
• OSHA 510 or 500
• OSHA 30 hour
• Able to pass drug test & background check
• LOCAL or able to travel
