Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Saddle Expert. The Saddle Expert will be responsible for providing expert saddle fitting consultation, delivering personalized customer service, and nurturing relationships with clients in Maryland and Northern Virginia. Daily tasks will include conducting saddle fittings, advising on product selection, and managing sales processes. The Saddle Expert will also stay informed about industry trends and promote Voltaire Design's products effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in saddle fitting and equestrian equipment knowledge
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Effective communication and presentation abilities
• Experience with sales and product promotion
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Familiarity with the equestrian community in Maryland and Northern Virginia is a plus
