Qualifications

• Education: Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Licensure: Current state licensure and CPR certification.

• Physical Ability: Must be able to lift 50 lbs independently and remain active (standing/walking) throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Care: Evaluate and treat patients for whom therapy is medically necessary.

• Leadership: Supervise and coach assistants and aides in delivering quality care.
• Compliance: Adhere to state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
