Job summary
RRC Solutions Group in Sacramento, CA is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality clinical services, evaluate patients, and develop effective treatment plans. You will supervise assistants and aides, maintain documentation of goals and progress, and ensure compliance with state laws, OSHA, and Medicare regulations.
Qualifications include CAPTE-accredited degree, active state licensure and CPR certification, and strong communication and time-management abilities.
Qualifications
- Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
- Current state licensure and CPR certification.
- Strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time management abilities.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs independently and remain active (standing/walking) throughout the shift.
Responsibilities
- Clinical care: Evaluate and treat patients for whom therapy is medically necessary.
- Documentation: Maintain timely records of goals, progress, and medical necessity.
- Leadership: Supervise and coach assistants and aides in delivering quality care.
- Compliance: Adhere to state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
