Fox Law- Legacy Litigators in Sacramento seeks a Full-Time Litigation Associate Attorney to support trust and estate matters from start to finish. Qualifications

• Admittance to the State Bar of California required or eligible.
• Strong analytical, writing and oral communication skills essential.
• Trust and estate litigation experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive factual investigations, including witness interviews.
• Conduct legal research and analysis with the assistance of AI.
• Engage with clients, opposing counsel, and all necessary individuals.
• Propound and answer written discovery.
• Prepare for and conduct depositions.
• Prepare persuasive memoranda, pleadings and briefs.
• Assist in negotiations, mediations, trial preparation, trials and appeals.
