Job summary

Hitachi Energy Germany AG sucht eine/n Sachbearbeiter Versand (w/m/d) im Bereich Service (High Voltage) am Standort Karlstein. Sie planen und disponieren nationale sowie internationale Sendungen von Ersatzteilen und Packmitteln und arbeiten eng mit Service-Einheiten weltweit zusammen.

Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene Speditionsausbildung, mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung, ADR/IMO/IATA-Schulungen und gute SAP-S4-Kenntnisse mit. Deutsch und Englisch beherrschen Sie fließend.

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Speditionskaufmann/-frau oder vergleichbar.
• Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung.
• Gefahrgutschulung für alle Verkehrswege (ADR/IMO/IATA) und Kenntnisse im europäischen Zollrecht.
• Deutsch und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift.

• Terminierung und Disponierung von Fracht- und Kuriersendungen.
• Erstellung von Packlisten und Frachtbriefen in SAP.
• Export- & Importabwicklung von Frachtsendungen.
• Erstellung von Ausfuhrbegleitdokumenten.
• Erfassung und Priorisierung von Warenausgangssendungen.
• Nachverfolgung von Aufträgen inkl. regelmäßiger Kommunikation mit angeschlossenen Abteilungen.
• Interne und externes Stakeholdermanagement.
• Bearbeitung von Gefahrgutsendungen (Beförderungsdokumente ausstellen, Abnahme der Verpackung).
