Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in a corporate travel role using Sabre GDS
• Experience with group travel planning and university communities is a must
• Proven ability to manage complex domestic and international itineraries
• Strong written and verbal communication for client service

Aufgaben

• Arranging simple and complex domestic and international reservations for university clients across air, car, hotel, limo, rail and ground transportation
• Advise travelers on travel requirements including visas and passports
• Receive calls, emails and forms to fulfill travel requests
• Manage profiles and queues; apply unused tickets to maximize savings
• Utilize technology and automation to perform duties at a high level
• Follow procedures to secure lowest, logical fares and accommodations
