As a Crew Scheduling Travel Consultant, you’ll join our highly skilled remote team, providing outstanding service to our corporate business clients. What You’ll Do
  • Advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers and crew (both individuals and groups)
  • Conduct analysis and research on travel options, and pro-actively anticipate traveler needs to sell additional services
  • Arrange and book domestic and international business travel, in a variety of complexity, for air, road, rail, and accommodations
  • Use Sabre Global Distribution Systems (GDS)
  • Ensure compliance to customers’ agreed travel policy, service provider policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Use positive telephone service techniques and act on special customer requests
  • Collaborate within your team to coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to improve service levels

What We’re Looking For
  • Passion for excellence in client service, including proactive anticipation of needs
  • 3 plus years experience as a Travel Consultant using Native Sabre Formats
  • Knowledge of the AIMS- Crew Scheduling Tool
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel and Outlook
  • Professional communication (written and verbal)
  • Attention to detail
  • Act with integrity, and look after personal traveler information
  • Possess a strong understanding of the travel industry (background in business travel, leisure travel, or crew scheduling)
  • Resolving customer issues quickly and independently / with supplier
  • Teamwork and openness to feedback
Team and Schedule

Our Traveler Care team is a 24/7 operation. We are looking for candidates who are willing to be flexible with their schedules especially for nights and weekends.

Compensation

The US national base salary range for this position is from $39,200.00 - $72,800.00. The national range provided includes the base salary that GBT expects to pay for the role. Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.

In addition to base salary, the anticipated range of which is posted above, this role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus which rewards participants based on individual and/or company performance.
