Job summary

CHAOS Industries is seeking a hands-on SaaS and Vendor Manager to govern the vendor ecosystem, from sourcing and contract negotiation to ongoing performance and risk oversight. You will collaborate with corporate procurement and Business Technology to align sourcing decisions, contractual commitments, and delivery outcomes with CHAOS Industries' objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Technology, Supply Chain, or related field.
Experience negotiating contracts, SLAs, and KPIs; led RFP/RFI processes.
Strong communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration; able to obtain U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

Oversee vendor relationships across consulting, implementation, managed services, and support.
Lead governance with KPIs and performance metrics for enterprise vendors.
Develop sourcing strategies, optimize cost vs value, and ensure policy compliance.
Translate analytics into actionable vendor insights and drive risk mitigation.
Coordinate with Finance and Procurement to manage vendor financial performance.
