Job summary

TrustLayer, Inc. is seeking a Technical Product Manager & Designer to own the end-to-end user experience, from UX research to high-fidelity UI, paired with technical product judgment. You’ll simplify complex COI workflows for risk managers, AP teams, and vendors, and collaborate with engineers on API contracts.

The role balances design—Figma-driven workflows and a polished UI—with product management, including roadmaps, specs, and success metrics for each release.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of combined experience in product design and product management.
• At least 3 years designing complex web applications.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end UX for core workflows from requirements to UI in Figma.
• Run user research including customer interviews and usability tests.
• Translate findings into user flows, wireframes and prototypes.
• Maintain design system and ensure consistent visual language.
• Collaborate with engineers on API contracts and data models.
