Job summary

EWOR GmbH is seeking ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups. Fellows will be employed with the option to receive up to €500k in funding, plus weekly 1:1 sparring with unicorn founders and access to a global community of top founders, peers, and investors.

The program includes extensive coaching to build a scalable business and a sales/marketing engine. You will own and run your startup in SaaS, supported by EWOR’s network and multi-million funding round guidance, with

Qualifications

Willing to relocate or based in Europe or the Americas.
Ambitious entrepreneur eager to lead a startup.
Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

Own, build, and run your startup in fields such as SaaS.
Embark on a customised personal development journey with unicorn founders.
Receive hiring support through EWOR's network of 50,000+ professionals and best practices from serial entrepreneurs.
Receive intensive coaching to prepare your startup for funding.
Iterate your product to achieve product-market-fit with sales/marketing support.
Be based in Europe or the Americas or open to relocate.
Take full responsibility for your startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenues.
Communicate effectively in English.
