Qualifications

• Bachelor’s level degree required with advanced certifications preferred.
• 7–10+ years of information security experience including leadership roles.
• CISSP or CISM certification highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise security strategy aligned with SDLC and business goals.
• Manage risk assessments and vendor security reviews across systems.
• Integrate security into CI/CD with DevSecOps practices.
• Oversee incident response, acting as lead investigator for major events.
• Maintain SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR compliance; manage audits.
• Develop security awareness programs and secure-coding training.
• Present security posture reports to senior management and board.
