Job summary

AbsenceSoft in Denver seeks a Security Analyst to support our Information Security Program through audits, compliance initiatives, and daily security analysis. You''ll collaborate with Engineering, IT, Legal, and Operations to strengthen our security posture and responsibly use AI to improve efficiency.

You''ll engage in technology audits across cloud providers, help maintain SOC 2 readiness, and develop documentation and standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with SOC 2 or ISO audits.
• Hands-on SQL for log review and data analysis.
• Familiarity with ITIL, SOC 2, and NIST standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform technology audits across AWS, MS, Google, and in-house systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement compliance initiatives and improve auditability.
• Support SOC 2 audit activities and control maintenance.
• Coordinate security information requests for vendors and customers.
• Assist in developing security and compliance documentation and policies.
• Support automation of security controls using AI-powered tools.
• Maintain security controls within the department and ensure governance.
