Job summary

Studyfetch in Beverly Hills, CA is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure every release delivers a seamless, high-quality experience across web and mobile platforms. You will execute manual testing, validate bug fixes, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support to catch issues before they reach users.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of QA experience in SaaS or consumer-facing tech
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC and test design principles
• Experience testing across web and mobile platforms
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes and defect-tracking workflows
• Bonus: exposure to automated testing tools (Cypress, Selenium, Playwright) or API testing

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end manual testing across StudyFetch’s web and mobile applications
• Create, document, and maintain comprehensive test cases and test plans
• Identify, log, and track defects using Linear
• Collaborate with engineers, engineering manager, and product manager to reproduce, diagnose, and prioritize issues
• Conduct regression, smoke, and exploratory testing as part of release cycles
• Support UAT (user acceptance testing) and accessibility reviews where applicable
• Validate bug fixes and confirm stability across environments before release
• Provide clear QA feedback and insights to improve release quality and team efficiency
