Job summary

MRI Software is seeking an Associate Product Marketing Specialist to join our Product Marketing team in the United States. You will collaborate with Product Management, Sales, and Marketing to develop messaging, craft sales enablement content, support product launches, and contribute to demand generation campaigns.

This role is ideal for an early-career marketer with experience in B2B technology or SaaS, looking to build deep expertise in product marketing within a global software organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 1+ year in Product Marketing, Marketing, Content Marketing, Demand Generation, or Digital Marketing in B2B tech/SaaS.
• Exposure to product launches, sales enablement, content creation, or go-to-market activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in enterprise software and SaaS business models.
• Experience creating presentations, datasheets, case studies, emails, or other B2B content.
• Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, or analytics tools is a plus.
• Some travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Support Product Positioning and Messaging development and maintenance.
• Create and update sales presentations, battlecards, datasheets, FAQs, and other sales materials.
• Assist with product launches and coordinate cross-functional launch activities.
• Support demand generation campaigns and content creation (blogs, webinars, emails, case studies).
• Conduct market and competitive research and share insights with teams.
• Assist with marketing programs and events to improve engagement and outcomes.
