Job summary

PSI Software SE is seeking a System Operations Lead to guide the Platform, SRE and Installation teams. You will drive cloud-based product reliability, scalability, and deployment automation, shaping the future of our SaaS offerings.

Lead cross‑functional collaboration with software engineering, manage onboarding and growth, and implement IaC and CI/CD practices to ensure high availability and performance.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of multi-team IT operations.
• Experience driving SaaS transformations and reliability initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of container orchestration and IaC.

Responsibilities

• Provide disciplinary and technical leadership across Platform, SRE, and Installation teams.
• Drive SaaS transformation and establish modern SRE practices.
• Oversee onboarding, mentoring, and growth of operations staff.
• Coordinate cross‑functional alignment with management and software engineering teams.
• Contribute hands‑on to infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and automation.
• Lead code reviews and deployment procedures for IaC.
