Job summary

GDH is seeking a role focused on Low Code SaaS governance and enterprise SaaS lifecycle management for a government software division. The role emphasizes governance standards, lifecycle oversight, and collaboration across development, security, legal, and procurement to ensure compliant deployments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 12+ years of IT experience, or equivalent mix.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II cert (Security+ CE, CySA+, or CCNA Security) as applicable.
• At least 3 years of Jira experience.
• Eligible for and maintain Public Trust determination.
• Experience with SaaS or Low Code Platforms in federal government preferred.
• Familiar with government software pipelines, benchmarks, or shared data systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the enterprise SaaS governance framework, policies, lifecycle, and standards.
• Create and maintain a centralized SaaS catalog with ownership and risk profiles.
• Lead evaluations of new SaaS requests with security, compliance, legal, and ops reviews.
• Collaborate with security and legal to track cybersecurity requests and artifacts.
• Define and support RBAC, least privilege, and access audits.
• Automate user provisioning and deprovisioning processes.
• Monitor SaaS costs, user stats, and capacity metrics.
• Support application lifecycle activities: intake, approvals, renewals, retirement.
• Serve as technical point of contact for cross-functional teams across dev, security, procurement, and platform deployment.
• Facilitate discussions to reduce unauthorized or unmanaged tech solutions (shadow IT).

Education
