Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize support tickets through the Zendesk portal.
• Troubleshoot customer issues, identify root causes and implement resolutions.
• Develop in-depth expertise in VitalEdge's applications to assist customers.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to resolve complex issues.
• Coordinate with account managers to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide clear and professional communication across channels.
• Lead customer discussions and training on application usage and best practices.
• Identify trends in support requests and provide product insights.
• Maintain detailed documentation of interactions and resolutions.
