AuraOne is seeking a remote SaaS Contracts Counsel to support AI evaluation in contract law workflows. You will review AI outputs for citations, statutes, and policy adherence, grade risk, and document corrected analyses for training data. Qualified candidates have active or recent contract-law credentials, hands-on experience drafting or reviewing real matters, and the ability to work asynchronously at least 10 hours per week. US-authorization required; contractor engagement.

Qualifications

SaaS Contracts Counsel is a remote review track for evaluating AI outputs in contract law workflows. Reviewers grade citation accuracy, statutory reasoning, and policy adherence; flag risk; and document the corrected analysis so the modeling team can train on it.
