A dynamic consulting firm in the United States is seeking a Compliance Analyst to integrate regulatory requirements as they scale across North America and Europe. You will partner with product managers and engineers to ensure compliance is embedded in our SaaS solutions. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, 3–5 years of experience in compliance, and familiarity with various regulatory standards like HIPAA and GDPR. Qualifications

• 3–5 years in compliance, risk management, or audit in SaaS or highly regulated industries.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, SOC2, ISO standards, and GDPR/Canadian privacy regulations.
• Knowledge of HL7, FHIR, and encryption protocols for data at rest and in transit.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance is embedded into SaaS solutions.
