About the Role:

We’re seeking a highly experiencedSaaS Cloud Systems Administratorto lead and support complex cloud-based initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in SaaS developer tools, cloud technologies, and AI integration. You’ll work with a team of great mentors and have the opportunity to influence cloud strategy and architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex technical projects with significant business impact
• Configure and optimize SaaS cloud systems to meet organizational needs
• Serve as the primary technical resource for assigned workstreams
• Promote modern cloud methodologies and market trends
• Review and refine functional and technical deliverables
• Align product roadmaps with SaaS vendor release cycles
• Manage the full SDLC from requirements to deployment
• Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders
• Design and document technical solutions for system requirements
• Enhance internal practices, procedures, and documentation
• Build strong relationships with team members and leadership
• Lead medium to large-scale projects and mentor junior staff

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 7–10 years of relevant experience
• Expertise in SaaS cloud developer tools:
  • Visual Builder Studio (VBS)
  • Visual Builder Cloud Services (VBCS)
  • Generative AI chatbots
• Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, JIRA, ADO, etc.)
• Strong understanding of SaaS cloud data flows (notifications, integrations, etc.)
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and AI concepts for application design, planning, and administration
