Job summary

Planet Green Search is recruiting an energetic Outside Sales professional for a regional Baltimore, MD territory to sell our client’s cloud-based SaaS HR and payroll solutions to mid-market and enterprise clients.

You will drive new business, manage the complete sales cycle, deliver compelling product demonstrations, craft tailored proposals, and collaborate with marketing to maximize opportunities. The compensation plan is uncapped with base and significant upside.

Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS or software sales preferred.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell SaaS HR/payroll solutions to enterprise clients in the region.
• Develop and execute regional sales plans to achieve quota.
• Provide product demonstrations and proposal submissions.
• Collaborate with marketing for lead generation.
