A leading data protection company is seeking a Velocity Account Manager. This role focuses on managing existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of experience in sales or account management, a strong understanding of SaaS, and exceptional communication skills in English and German. At Commvault, the Velocity Account Manager plays a vital role in driving the expansion and retention of our existing SaaS accounts. This position is designed for a strategic inside sales hunter with a keen focus on nurturing and expanding relationships within our current client base. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of account growth, including renewals, cross-selling new products, and customer satisfaction, ensuring the continued success and expansion of our SaaS offerings.
