Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience developing and maintaining ATO security packages and supporting RMF/AU lifecycle.
• Clear, concise documentation of system configuration, operations, and security controls.
• Experience with security tools such as Tenable, Splunk, and GRC JCAM.
• Knowledge of Federal security guidelines, standards, and control frameworks (NIST SP 800-53).
• Must have a Bachelor's degree in information technology, cybersecurity, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and maintenance of ATO security packages and authorization documentation.
• Assess security controls for NIST 800-53 compliance.
• Support RMF lifecycle and customers in obtaining Authority to Operate.
• Develop, manage, and update Plans of Action & Milestones (POA&Ms).
• Analyze STIG and SCAP requirements for document compliance.
• Track vulnerabilities through remediation and risk acceptance.
• Evaluate changes to security posture of assigned systems.
• Recommend mitigating controls and countermeasures.
