We are looking to hire suitable candidates for S4Hana / Procurement Consultant opportunity with one of our clients in a 100% remote setting.

Job Title: S4Hana / Procurement Consultant
Duration: 12 months
Location: 100% remote

The role of the SAP procurement lead involves overseeing the implementation and rollout of the OneS4 solutions related to procurement processes across the countries in scope for Release 3. This role is expected to lead and provide directions to the team to ensure successful implementation of the global AP solution for indirect procurement while considering the country-specific localizations.

Part II - Key Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Responsible and accountable for implementation of the procurement process in Ariba and OneS4 across all countries in R3 scope.
  • Leads the design sessions to ensure robustness of the global procurement process and localization as needed by the countries.
  • Acts as the single point of contact for indirect procurement both within OneS4 and other teams.
  • Accountable for the Business Process Design (BPD), Key Design Decision (KDD), and localization requirements user stories during the explore phase of the project.
  • Accountable for providing requirements for detailed design for the gaps identified during localization and review and approval of the build of those gaps.
  • Accountable for providing input to the test and training team for their respective deliverables.
  • Accountable for coaching and providing input to the cutover and deployment team on the business cutover during go-live of different regions.
  • Manages the indirect procurement process team and provides guidance to the team.

Accountabilities

  • Deliver global rollout of the R2P solution across all countries in scope for Release 3.
  • Align on roadmap priorities for Release 3 and drive implementation of the roadmap.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure individual and team deliverables are completed as per timeline.
