Honeywell International, Inc. seeks a senior leader to drive ISC transformation for S/4 across planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and warehousing.
You will bridge SBG operations with the central S/4 program, ensuring standardization while respecting site needs. You will partner with Corporate S/4, GDM, and process leaders to deploy a global design, manage governance, and deliver process improvements with measurable value realization.
As the primary ISC business leader for S/4, you will partner closely with the Corporate S/4 program, Global Design Model (GDM) teams, and value stream leaders to ensure alignment between enterprise standards and SBG operational needs.
You will ensure that global S/4 design and business processes are effectively translated and adopted within the SBG, balancing fit-to-standard principles with practical business requirements . This role serves as the critical bridge between SBG ISC operations and the central S/4 program , driving alignment, surfacing gaps, and enabling cross-functional resolution to ensure successful transformation outcomes.
This role will sit in on of the following Honeywell locations: Charlotte, NC/Houston, TX/Rosemont, IL.
Own ISC transformation governance and value realization across planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and warehousing
Act as the primary ISC leader for S/4 within the SBG, accountable for deployment success, business readiness, and adoption outcomes
Partner with Corporate S/4, GDM, and process leaders to shape, validate, and deploy the global design, ensuring alignment with SBG operational needs
Drive fit-to-standard adoption and ISC process standardization, while identifying gaps and leading structured escalation and resolution of design trade-offs
Establish and manage ISC program operating cadence, including governance forums, workstream leadership, execution routines, decision tracking, and executive reporting
Lead deployment and ISC site readiness across process, data, organization, training, and cutover planning
Challenge ISC sites to adopt forward-looking, standardized practices that deliver sustainable performance gains
Ensure stakeholder alignment, transparency, and risk management, proactively managing issues, enabling cross-functional decisions, and institutionalizing lessons learned for continuous improvement
The annual base salary range for this position is $215,000-$250,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

8+ years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or ISC leadership roles
Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA or large-scale ERP transformation programs
Strong understanding of end-to-end Integrated Supply Chain processes
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional transformation across planning, sourcing, manufacturing, and logistics
Lean, PMO, and/or 6 Sigma experience as a participant or facilitator
Experience operating in matrixed, global organizations with centralized program structures
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred
Experience with Global Design Model (GDM) or template-driven ERP deployments
Strong ability to balance enterprise standardization with SBG-specific operational needs
Excellent stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capability with focus on business outcomes
