Job summary

Arthrex, a global medical device company in Naples, FL, seeks a Sales and Operations Planning Analyst I to drive S&OP analysis and reporting across product groups. You will gather data, support forecasting, and create dashboards for cross-functional leadership in Finance, Sales, Marketing and SBUs.

You will work with Excel, Cognos, and SAP to translate annual plans into actionable budgets and supply plans, while ensuring data accuracy and timely insights for decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Supply Chain.
• Experience S&OP, supply chain, demand or inventory preferred.
• Experience in S&OP within Medical Device or similar industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact regarding S&OP analysis and reporting.
• Facilitate monthly S&OP processes for specific product groups.
• Gather required raw data for forecasting, planning and operations management.
• Create, maintain and improve S&OP databases housing required information.
• Participate in translating annual sales plans into a sales budget for supply planning.
• Create and maintain month and year-end reporting for leadership.
• Create, publish and maintain daily, weekly and monthly reporting metrics.
• Respond to ad hoc reporting requests and ensure data accuracy.
