Abercrombie & Fitch Spain, SL is seeking an Assistant/Associate Analyst of Supply Chain S&OP to connect demand, inventory, capacity, and network planning into integrated decision-making across North America and EMEA.

You will collaborate with Planning, Supply Chain, Finance, Strategy, and Technology to advance integrated planning capabilities and support growth through new channels and markets.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or related experience.
• 3+ years of supply chain planning, inventory planning, demand planning, operations analytics, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel and data visualization tools to analyze large datasets and communicate insights.
• Experience with SQL, planning systems, or data modeling tools is a plus.
• Ability to translate data into clear, concise insights and communicate recommendations to stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare data, maintain reporting, and enable cross-functional alignment across demand, inventory, capacity, and network planning.
• Analyze forecasts, inventory positions, and capacity plans to identify risks and opportunities.
• Develop scenario analyses to evaluate impact of demand shifts and capacity constraints.
• Monitor KPIs like forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and service levels.
• Support expansion of the wholesale business by evaluating supply chain requirements and fulfillment strategies.
• Build cross-functional partnerships to design scalable planning processes and supply chain solutions.
