• Shared ownership of category forecasts and results.
• Integration into engineering, marketing, operations, and sales meetings to drive product strategy and market knowledge.
• Gather, analyze, report, and recommend actions related to demand and inventory.
• Integrate customer POS data into the master forecast.
• Analyze and report on forecasting accuracy and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with sales, inventory, engineering, and marketing to share insights on demand and process improvements.
