Job summary

Owens Corning is seeking an OEM Demand Planner to own demand planning and drive continuous improvement for the OEM Appliance business. The role focuses on advancing analytical capabilities to improve service, cost, and working capital while coordinating monthly forecasts and the annual operating plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years demonstrated work experience in operations, materials management, supply chain, or related field.
• Experience in SAP, IBP and Power BI is required.
• Ability to coach, mentor and teach others.
• Proven leadership in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly forecasting and annual operations planning process for demand planning.
• Lead the Material Planning process with one direct report.
• Develop and implement advanced analytics to improve service, cost, and cash.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and Insulation S&OE teams.
• Drive data integrity and process controls across the demand process.
• Develop and maintain forecasting models and scenario analyses.
• Mentor and develop team members; manage performance and growth.
