Job summary

IPL Schoeller is seeking a Sales and Operations Execution Manager to lead S&OE and Master Production planning across North America. You will drive standardization, KPI improvements, and rigorous planning execution across 11 NA sites, leveraging our ERP system and coaching teams globally.

The role requires 5+ years in S&OE/MRP in manufacturing, strong leadership, and cross-functional collaboration, with travel about 30%.

Qualifications

• BS degree in business, accounting, finance, or supply chain.
• 5+ years in S&OE or Master Production Planning in manufacturing.
• Proven leadership and change-management skills.
• Experience across multi-site manufacturing and ERP systems.
• Willingness to travel ~30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead S&OE/ Master Production planning across sites (daily/weekly).
• Manage inventory parameters and aged stock across North America.
• Train and coach teams on S&OE practices using ERP.
• Improve KPI reporting and root-cause analysis.
• Drive standardization and continuous improvement of planning processes.
• Transition from S&OP to S&OE and ensure process adoption.
• Collaborate with sites to optimize capacity, materials, and scheduling.
