We are looking for a candidate who shares our enthusiasm for tackling critical environmental, public health, and community challenges. You possess a proven track record of exceeding expectations, embrace hard work, are driven by results, and maintain a constant desire to learn and grow.

Specifically, we are seeking a seasoned professional with approximately 4- 6 years of experience working directly with clients and / or leading projects within the communications landscape (marketing, public relations, or related fields). Fluency in Spanish is a plus to effectively engage with diverse communities.

BASICS ABOUT THE POSITION

  • Develop innovative and effective outreach strategies to reach target audiences.
  • Plan, execute, and manage engaging social media campaigns.
  • Establish and nurture direct relationships with businesses and residents to foster collaborative partnerships.
  • Oversee contracts, manage client communications, and ensure strong client relationships.
  • Direct the development of compelling creative design work for both online and offline channels.
  • Provide support in managing project teams and ensuring the effective tactical implementation of project components.
  • Please note that while the work is based in California, the day-to-day operations are remote.
