Job summary

TBC Corporation is hiring full-time Service and Delivery Drivers to provide reliable delivery service and support to our warehouse operations. You will operate company vehicles safely, load and unload as required, and ensure accurate documentation in line with DOT regulations.

Position requires 21+, valid license for applicable vehicle classes, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly. We offer competitive pay, 401(k) with match, disability coverage, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Safety 1st mentality.
• 1+ years of experience, box truck or delivery experience preferred.
• 1+ years of no at-fault accidents.
• Clean MVR.
• Must have and maintain a current driver's license for vehicle types used.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOT Certificate for NTW vehicles.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively; may lift more than 50 lbs occasionally.
• Complete Driver Vehicle Inspection reports as required by policy and DOT regulations.
• Abide by all Federal, State, and Local laws.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles in a safe, efficient, and courteous manner within TBC policies.
• Pick, stage and load trucks as requested.
• Adhere to DOT regulations including hours of service requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of products and operating procedures.
• Adhere to route sequencing when delivering tires/equipment to customers.
• Secure COD payments as required per policy.
• Maintain a clean, safe, secure vehicle and work area.
• Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with our values.
• Wear a clean and laundered NTW-provided uniform.
• Operate MHE safely when needed.
• Perform other duties as requested.

Our Service and Delivery Drivers are responsible for delivering excellent service to our customers by delivering product in a professional and safe manner using company vehicles. Also assisting with the general maintenance and organization of inventory within the warehouse.

Responsibilities

In this friendly work environment you will be responsible for:

• Operate company vehicles in a safe, efficient, and courteous manner within TBC policies
• Pick, stage and load trucks as requested
• Understand and adhere to DOT regulations including hours of service requirements
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and operating procedures
• Adhere to pre-determined route sequencing when delivering tires/equipment to customers
• Securely handle COD (cash or check) when applicable as required per company COD policy
• Maintain a clean, safe and secure vehicle and work area
• Maintain exception Customer Service based on our People Focused Values
• Come to work in a Clean and Laundered Uniform that is provided by NTW
• Operate various MHE (Material Handling Equipment) in a safe and efficient manner as needed
• Other duties as requested or needed
