Job summary

Daikin is seeking a senior SAP S/4HANA SD leader to manage the full lifecycle of a platform transition, including planning, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support. You will provide critical leadership to functions and guide stakeholders through a complex SAP S/4HANA SD deployment.

The role requires extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA SD, strong program management, and proven ability to drive large-scale technology transformations to completion.

Qualifications

• At least three full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations, preferably in a leadership role.
• Extensive knowledge of the integral functions, features, and capabilities of SAP S/4HANA SD.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of driving large-scale technology transformation projects to completion.
• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and robust decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of SAP S/4HANA SD deployment from design to deployment.
• Plan a data-driven end-to-end transformation for SAP S/4HANA SD module.
• Understand manufacturing processes and align them with SAP S/4HANA.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and manage consultant relationships.
• Develop training materials and end-user manuals for S/4HANA adoption.
• Coordinate with SAP consultants and vendors to meet timelines and budgets.
• Oversee data migration from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA.
• Monitor post-implementation processes for continuous improvements.
