Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking an S/4 Director of Transformation to own end-to-end Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) transformation across the Process Automation Strategic Business Group. The role leads the transition to S/4HANA, driving improvements in efficiency and process performance across planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and warehousing.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or ISC leadership roles.
Demonstrated SAP experience (S/4HANA preferred) in large-scale ERP transformations.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and global organizations.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end ISC transformation and program governance for SAP S/4HANA.
Lead deployment readiness, change management, and adoption outcomes across planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and warehousing.
Partner with Corporate S/4, GDM, and value stream leaders to deploy global design aligned to business requirements.
Drive fit-to-standard adoption and ISC process standardization; identify and resolve gaps.
Establish and manage program governance, cadence, and executive reporting.
