The role requires 6+ years in supply chain analytics, 2+ years with S/4 HANA, and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in supply chain analytics or supply planning analytics.
• 2+ years of experience with S/4 HANA.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proven experience in supply chain processes.
• Strong understanding of MRP systems and data management principles.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of supply planning processes and inventory management principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SAP S/4HANA reporting solutions for supply planning and inventory.
• Design dashboards, KPI scorecards, and analytical reports for planning teams.
• Create S4-based reporting to support planning and execution.
• Build analytics dashboards to aid supply planning decisions.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics to align analytics.
• Utilize advanced analytics to optimize planning processes.
• Identify automation opportunities and drive process improvements.
• Support AI roadmap implementation.
• Mitigate data quality risks that could cause MRP failures.
• Provide training to stakeholders on analytics practices.
• Monitor data quality metrics and take corrective actions.
