Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a S4 Supply Chain Planning Analyst to leverage data analytics for enhanced S4 planning processes. You will analyze supply chain data to provide actionable insights, optimize inventory, and support decision‑making across the supply chain network to ensure the right products are available at the right time.

The role requires 6+ years in supply chain analytics, a Bachelor's in a related field, and 2+ years with S/4 HANA.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in supply chain analytics or supply planning analytics.
  • 2+ years of experience with S/4 HANA.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
  • Proven experience in supply chain processes and data management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop S4 based reporting to support supply planning and execution.
  • Develop and maintain analytics dashboards and reports to support supply planning decision‑making.
  • Analyze supply planning data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics to align analytics with business goals.
  • Utilize advanced analytics tools to optimize supply planning processes.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying automation and process enhancements.
  • Support roadmap for AI initiatives and implementation.
  • Identify and mitigate risks from data quality issues that could lead to MRP failures.
  • Provide ongoing training to stakeholders on analytics practices and tools.
  • Monitor data quality metrics and implement corrective actions.

Job Description

As a S4 Supply Chain Planning Analyst here at Honeywell Technologies, you will play a vital role in leveraging data analytics to enhance S4 planning processes. You will analyze supply chain data to provide actionable insights that improve planning accuracy, optimize inventory levels, and support decision-making across the supply chain network. Your work will provide insights to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction by ensuring the right products are available at the right time through data‑driven supply planning strategies.

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience with S/4 HANA.

  • Proven experience in supply chain processes.
  • Strong understanding of MRP systems and data management principles.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of supply planning processes and inventory management principles.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of process and discrete industries.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Supply Chain Certifications such as CSCP / CPIM / CPSM / Lean Six Sigma.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools and programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
  • Familiarity with advanced analytics techniques including predictive modeling and machine learning.
